Question / Help what is a good kbs for non partnered

I'm currently running with 2000kbs but my stream seems a little blurry. So i'm wondering if it's okay to put it at 2500 - 3000 without viewers getting too much trouble?

If you're trying to stream at 60fps, switch to 30. 60fps needs between 50% and 100% more bitrate compared to 30fps.

That doesn't say what framerate you're using.

Then you may be better off at 2000 flat instead of 2200.
