Why is "Estimate bitrate with bandwidth test" always disabled? This used to be a good tool for doing analysis prior to streaming. Now it just does a test according to the set video bitrate.
Not good. This needs to be communicated better not only for this current version, but for all older versions because OBS Studio can get a lot people banned from YouTube by using this then.
