Question / Help What does the Delay(Seconds) option do?

I was thinking it would make the gameplay stream smoother if i delayed it because apparently my connection is garbage but then I was reading that it makes it worse.

The delay option doesn't directly make the quality worse it just delays the stream.. try updating obs use the 64bit build and run the estimated settings here
