Question / Help what does it take to bind ip?

Hi, I want to stream through my normal network and to play a game with VPN turned on.

I have one network connection on my PC now, and obs fails connecting to server while I have obs bind to the normal network.
I guess it is because VPN is running. I can stream when VPN is off.

Then what should I do to solve it? Do I have to add any device or program??
