What do you guys recommend me for my setup?

Hi, i'm new here, sorry if i posted in the wrong section.
hope somebody has the answer that i'm looking for,
what i wanna do is:
i want to make a setup with at least 20 capture cards recording at the same time (but in the future will have more), but my PC has only 1 HDMI input and also 1 USB input.
what do you guys recommend me doing? or how my setup would be?

You would need to be running 20 instances of OBS. Have you considered a home security setup such as

From a purely technological standpoint, the scale that you're wanting isn't something OBS is designed for, and PC hardware is not (practically) capable of that level of capture sources (i.e. devices for ingesting video/audio data).

You need dedicated hardware for handling that many sources. From there, if it interfaces with a computer as a video capture device, then OBS may be able to work with some kind of combined grid composite of the separate feeds, but this depends heavily on whatever hardware you're using, and OBS probably wouldn't even be the correct software to use in this situation (most likely the hardware will come with its own software for managing that many video feeds).
