stream in 960x540 1700kbps and set your preset under advanced to as high as you can get it without causing the cpu to go over 85% while gaming in the highest paced action your game has.
you can test the cpu usage by just hitting the preview stream and making sure that under advanced the box for not encoding while previewing is left unchecked.

Mod edit: Please check the information posted. This user does not have 1700 Kbps of upstream bandwidth available.

You're looking at the size of the content being sent for the speed test. This is why I asked you to please check the information that was posted first. 1700 Kbps is...not fine.

woops.
yeah with 411 i wouldn't even consider streaming. regardless of the settings, its going to look like crap
time to shop around for a better internet package and/or provider.

I don't really mind how crap it looks, I just want to find out the most decent settings so it will work
