I am trying to maximize my performance for recordings. I got all the settings figured out except for the B Frames option, and I have no idea what I should set it to. I am recording in NVENC format, 30,000 bitrate on VBR, with a keyframe interval of 2, and recording in mkv and remuxing it into mp4. My system specs are listed below.

CPU: i3-6100
GPU: 1050 Ti
RAM: 8GB (2x4) 2133MHz
Recording to a 250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD

Please let me know what B Frames are, and what I should set them to. The following links are videos of me recording with B Frames set at 0 in one video, and 2 in the other, with FPS showing in the bottom. Thanks!

B (bidrectional) frames can refer to data either before or after the current frame. The setting controls the maximum consecutive number allowed.
