I think you don't have 15 unique ones, you have several that appear in multiple scenes.

17:48:22.674: - source: '5D Mark 2' (dshow_input)
17:48:22.674: - filter: 'Dedicated NDI™ output' (ndi_filter)

2.674: - source: 'Shuttle' (decklink-input)
17:48:22.674: - filter: 'Dedicated NDI™ output' (ndi_filter)

17:48:22.674: - source: 'Blackmagic Device' (decklink-input)
17:48:22.674: - filter: 'Dedicated NDI™ output' (ndi_filter)

These just appear multiple times each for a total of 15 entries in the logfile.

Narcogen, do you think it would be a nice idea to install another version 25 from scratch on other folder ( not to mess with my current settings ) in order that we could track this problem more easily ? May be the portable version, what do you think ? If the problem would persist, well.. may be some incompatibility with the internal browser and windows 7. But perhaps it goes away. Have you noticed on the 25 log that it tried to use the video card and ask if not running as administrator ?

Possibly. Or you could create a new blank scene collection and start rebuilding your old one from scratch, and see if/when you start to develop a performance issue.

Perhaps making a backup first of the directory before cleaning everything and beginning from scratch...

But now that my NDI is a mess, do you think will it good to reinstall and try to remove the correct way ?
Looking to the log looks like there are several little wrong things, like missing files, missing aac, have you seen it ?

I would reinstall NDI and the plugin, run OBS, remove the filters, and then verify that all of them were gone (no entries in the log) before uninstalling.

Hello, Narcogen. I installed a portable version 25.0.4 from scratch, only the browser working. The same problem.
Here´s the log file I got:

So, since OBS version 25 is running completely empty, no other things running alongside, this may be a bug on it´s internal browser. It´s not related to NDI.

The browser source isn't intended for use with video. Again, I would either use another tool to launch an online video in a player and capture that, or use an actual browser and capture that window, or fullscreen the video and capture the display.

Ok. I got a tournaround, I installed a portable OBS 22.0.2 which runs fine and sent video through NDI. But I think I'll chose one of your methods, capturing screen. But if the internal browser now freezes this way, it doesn't serve for almost anything. One question: Does it work fine with you ? I know you use windows 10, but I have too much other software installed, that some need plugins and everything, and for now, I don't plan facing a complete reinstall of everything or notice later that something may not work properly on the new windows, and my system is fine tuned, works flawlessly.

It works fine for me but I only use it for chat, static pages, never for video. If I need to stream online video I send it to VLC or MPV via streamlink and then capture that. If I need to stream a YouTube video that's not a livestream, I just use youtube-dl on it.

Narcogen, please clarify: when you need to stream some videos, you play them on VLC player and capture it back on a window capture, right ? You said via streamlink... What's that ? And when streaming a YouTube video you do what ? youtube-dl ? I'm not aware of what is it either. Sometimes I really need to stream a live youtube from another channel on my social media ( YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc ) just to spread the important message to more people.

The problem with playing the videos on VLC and capture through an OBS capture window is that at the moment I don't have two monitors side by side, so, VLC would have to run on the same monitor, and I'd like to capture at full resolution, 1080p, but for that I would need to run VLC in full screen, and doing so, I can't see OBS. When I reduce the size of VLC window, I can't capture at full resolution. Any tips on that ?

Not really. A lot of normal OBS use cases assume at least two monitors. For downloaded files, you can add them as media sources.

The Windows version of VLC has an NDI plugin to send video output there instead of the screen, but as far as I know it was never ported to MacOS.

Humm, perhaps I can send videos playing on VLC at full resolution even with it minimized. Thanks for the information, I will test.

I have what sounds like the same issue when I upgraded from 23 to 25. I am on windows 7, when I try to record the browser it stutters heavily. I have one thing to add though. If I have the interact window open with the mouse pointer somewhere within the interact window there is no problem. As soon as the mouse pointer exits the interact window or I turn off the interact window it starts stuttering again, losing most frames, but not audio.

Interesting. Looks like version 25 is not compatible with windows 7 anymore on the browser version.
