Question / Help What configuration should I put for streaming in high quality on twitch?

Hi, This is my computer:
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4771 CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), -3,5GHz
- Windows 10 pro 64 bits
- DirectX version 12
- Memorias RAM - <b>Kingston</b> HyperX Fury Blue DDR3 1866MHz 16GB 2x8GB CL10
- Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43 Gaming

I want to know what configuration should i put for streaming in Twitch.

Another question is why my viewers can't change the quality?, always in source and they cant put in bad or mobile.
