Question / Help What can i expect of a 5960x?

Hi, im about to change my CPU to 5960x, but the question i have, will the 5960x manage to handle "slow" preset when i play games aswell?

My dual pc setup can handle Slow preset just fine right now, but i want a single computer setup, if i can manage to have the same quality or better.
 
In my eyes this is a bit like asking if you can do 150mph with a fully loaded truck. It depends on the circumstances.
If you have a game that is an extreme CPU-hog, then I'd say no. If you're playing pong, then I'd say yes. See what I'm getting at? :)
If you're thinking of dedicating yourself to streaming I'd go with a dual PC setup any day of the week, but necessarily not a capture device-based solution.

And yes, we saw your question in your other thread. No need to start a new thread just because you didn't get an answer fast enough, ppl might be doing other stuff apart from hanging out in here ;P
