Question / Help What can I do to fix lag spikes/lag in obs video

Hello I have a channel and I really want to record with obs classic.
My LAPTOP specs i7 4M cache 2.00 quad core
Gt 840M
8 GbRam
When I record I DON HAVE LAG INGAME but when I want to see the video with ex bsplayer, in video there are lagspikes and lag
HOW CAN I REMOVE THIS?
PLS HELP ME!!
