What bitrate should I use and is my computer good enough for 1080p 30 fps? My computer cpu is Intel Core i3 7100U and GPU is NVIDIA GeForce 940MX.

Any. The result depend on source. If possible use hw based encoder (QuickSync, NVENC etc.).

Edit: YouTube just recommends Video Bitrate Range: 3,000 - 6,000 Kbps or less for common use, https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702?hl=en
