I would like to stream my games from League of Legends, but i have poor quality and high ping.

You can maybe get away with 400 video bitrate and 96 AAC audio bitrate at 480p25fps, but that's really not a ton of upload to work with =/

It won't look great whatever you do.

I've got poor connection too (Up 0.55) and I'm streaming 852x480@30FPS without problem with 400 bitrate, 400 buffer and 128 AAC. It also depends on what CPU and GPU do you have, because if your CPU is crappy, it'd have trouble encoding with these settings.
