Question / Help What are the optimum setting for my build and internet speed?

I'm a noob to streaming and the PC world in general, really. I would like sound advice from someone quite experienced that would know what proper settings I need for optimum speed quality that takes full advantage of my build and internet. Any advice or referral would be greatly appreciated. I would just go off of a youtube video, but most people are idiots, and most people don't have this quality of a build. It's also worth mentioning that I'm streaming off Xbox One. Thanks guys.


Here is my build:

ASRock Z97 Pro4 LGA 1150 Motherboard

EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR 80 PLUS GOLD 850 W power supply

GeForce GTX 980 Superclocked GPU

Intel Core i7-4790k CPU

Corsair Vengence 32 GB RAM

Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SSD

Audio Technica AT2020 Microphone

Logitech c920 HD Pro Webcam

Elgato HD60

Internet download speed is around 65 MB and upload stays around the 6mb

I'm not entirely sure about this, as I've never streamed from console, but your machine and internet looks like it could handle virtually any encoding setting as long as your GPU supports the options you choose along with a pretty damn good-looking video setting.
