Hello, im looking for what the lowest settings that are needed for 720p, i have tried dropping down to 480p but it looks so choppy, but i do have a decent upload speed and cpu & graphics card. I feel like i have a decent computer to be able to stream games at 720p but the lowest way if you know what i'm trying to say. If im not able to stream games at 720p what would be the best settings for 480p?
Sorry im kinda "new" to the settings in OBS never really took a good look on the options i can take...
The games i would love to stream with 720p:
Rocket League, Risk of Rain, Terraria, Garry's Mod, possibly Rust and CS:GO without having any black bars on the side or having any skipped frames or high cpu usage.
I do play all of my games on low Graphic settings, if that helps any

Proccessor: AMD 16-3650 APU
Monitor Resolution: (dont know if you really need this) 1600 x 900
