Question / Help What are the best streaming settings for me on OBS?

I have the following specs:

OS: Windows 10 Anniversary 64bit
CPU: AMD A8-6600K
Ram: 8GB DDR3
GPU: Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 TI OC 2GB
HDD 1TB

Internet Speed:

Ping: 55ms
Download: 6.99Mbps
Upload: 0.36Mbps

Im thinking of using 30fps or 25 as will only be playing minecraft!
