Open Broadcast Software v0.656 is recording my monitor (screen size 23.5 inches x 13.25 inches)
PowerPoint / slide show / full screen is shown on the first monitor. The OBS program is on the second monitor. The intent is to capture the slide show (narrate as I manually select screens) and post it on YouTube.
OBS is set to:
Sources: Monitor Capture
Settings: Broadcast Settings -> Mode -> File Output Only
File Path -> ...\Basics.mp4
Replay Buffer ... -> 1
Replay Buffer File Path -> ...\Replay-$T.flv
Settings: Video -> Base Resolution -> Custom -> 1700, 1080
Resolution Downscale -> 2.00 (850x540)
Recording works fine ... creates an mp4 file. However the mp4 shows black spaces on the left side and right side. What are the best settings to capture this monitor output?
