What are the best settings for my PC?

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz and 16GB ram.

I'm literally just looking to get some streaming done. My audio output is absolutely fine, but there are moments where the encoder will go beserk and not work, even if it's been working fine for like, an hour beforehand.

Verify the recommended settings on the streaming service you want to stream to.
Run the Auto-configurarion Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything.
Restart OBS. Yes, do restart OBS.
Now test as is. If it goes well, your done. If it don't, reduce the kbps or the output resolution and fps.
