Question / Help What are the best/recommended settings for me to record?

At the moment every 2-3 are Ok-ish but the 4th one, It freezes but the audio is fine. Also it is sometimes really pixelly PC specs down below.

Processer : Intel core i5-2500k CPU 3.30 GHz

RAM : 8.00 ---- 7.97 Usable

Graphics Card : Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti

OS : Windows 10 64-Bit

If there is any info i am missing feel free to ask.
