If you're getting no dropped frames using indistinguishable, what are you changing and why? What are you trying to change or improve?

Just about every effort to provide help begins with providing a logfile. The logfile you link doesn't have the necessary information in it to help you, since your question relates to streaming and there was no streaming attempt in your logfile.

The question "I need some advanced setting" isn't really something I can answer, since you haven't said what specific settings you want to change or why. In general OBS' defaults are sensible, as is simple output mode, unless a specific user need requires overriding it. (For instance, recording multiple audio tracks cannot be done in Simple output mode, and requires Advanced mode, so when users ask about that, that's what I tell them.)

Sorry for not communicating clearly. My question relates to recording. What I want to know is what these settings correspond to in the settings window:

If you don't want to supply a logfile, that's fine. Hopefully someone else can answer your question.
