Were does OBS get time format from?

Hi all and thanks for your help.

Please see attached screenshot from settings where I schedule a live stream in YouTube. Where does OBS get the time format from? I need it to be in a 24-hour time format and not AM/PM.

I may be wrong but I would think it's your computer time that's used...

Thanks. I also thought so but computer time is set at 24H. I will check all regional settings again.
