Question / Help Weird Warbling Noise (Sound Comparison with Audacity to show it's not my Mic)

I have no clue what causes the Warbling sound. Do I need to update OBS or something?

Your recording on OBS is perfect, but that one on audacity is terrible. Perhaps when you apply the noise filter, audacity analyses and it's algorithm trying to reduce the noise happens to remove some important parts of the sound.
