Question / Help Weird Video Delay

I am currently streaming and my I keep losing viewers because they notice a video delay and it annoy's them. I haven't changed any video settings that could effect this, and I need to know how to fix it. The gameplay and webcam happen like 1-2 seconds before the sound. Please help as soon as you can?
