About 6 months ago, I could stream fine (I mean fine, with 2.5 mbps upload), and my speed would stay stable at around 1500kbs.
Now it sits at a stable 600kbps and spikes to 1500 (where it should be) for half a second. Tried everything to fix it, can't figure it out.
