Bug Report Weird Stuttering/Lagging Effect on Minecraft

hey all,
I'm having an issue, where I'm getting a lag/glitchy effect where at random points in time in the playback, a frame will go backward and then progress through.
It seems to be happening every time I move around, or something moves in the games

I've tried help in the discord, and I've set my quality to auto and used game capture, but still there's issues!
