and you may want to run an upload test here -- http://testmy.net/upload -- instead. It is more reliable for streaming purposes. And, I don't trust that SpeedTest result of yours. An upload over 500% faster than download?

Make sure that when you test to Testmy.net that you test to a server near the one you would be streaming to. To get an accurate reading on what you are capable of to that location.

ill do that jsut was a sec but i have no problems streamign LoL

I have 150 Mbps symmetrical. But that does not mean I am capable of those speeds to any location in the world. Which is why I suggested it. You may have a very nice speed in your local area but the further you get, the less of that speed you will actually be able to maintain.

Also, could I see a log of an attempt to stream CoD4? See my first reply on how to post a log, the first link I posted.

The most likely explanation is that CoD4 simply is too hard on your system to also stream it. The only real viable solution there is to simply tone down CoD4's settings by quite a bit.

A possible explanation could be that CoD4 is running at a higher priority class than OBS and as such, OBS is simply not getting the time it needs to do what it needs to do while CoD4 is hogging the CPU and GPU.
