Bug Report Weird sound when OBS is running(I can hear it)

When I have OBS running a static sound slowly builds up and when I turn on a song or any sort of sound occurs the static goes away but slowly builds up again.

Audio also gets distorted and I can hear little tears and breaks in the audio when I have OBS running.


EDIT: Ok the static sound problem went away when I turned off a specific feature in my sound card (SVN, automatic volume thing) But the distorted sound is still there. It's borderline unacceptable.

EDIT2: I think the distorted sound goes away when I'm not previewing the stream.

maybe you somehow play the sound you're recording? that would definitely explain the buildup, because it overlays more and more sound upon itself and it gets more and more?

Nah I fixed that specific problem, I still have some distorted sound.

And now I also have delayed sound. The distorted sound issue doesn't effect the viewers it seems so thats not too big of a problem.

Delayed audio is a known bug that can happen with mics at the moment. WIll be fixed in the next patch hopefully.
