Question / Help Weird skips when streaming CS:GO

I get weird frame skips when I'm playing CS:GO and streaming. Normally I get 400-500 fps, when not streaming. When streaming i get around 300. So I don't think its a fps issue. It's not lag either... I'm not sure what it is. I don't know how often it happens, but it's often enough that it effects my gameplay. Any help please?
