Weird Screen Glitching???

I've noticed that since I've updated to Windows 11 after a little while, I've seen some weird video glitches when recording. Is there a way to get rid of the glitching, I will include a video from my view compared to when I'm recording a video from OBS with the log file from the video, and I am also using an Elgato HD60s to get the video to OBS.
