Question / Help weird opening page

I downloaded OBS but when I try to open it I get this screen transitions dialog box. See attached photo I have deleted OBS from control panel-programs, reinstalled it but still get the same box. I can't give a log file because I can't open OBS and get the usual opening screen. All I get is what you see. Lewis

When uninstalling, try selecting "User data" - all settings, scenes and sources will be reset to defaults. Then reinstall.
