Weird Media Source (AUDIO) Behaviour.

im currently on learning curve to use OBS to sub tiktok studio, been setting up for a while, se.live stream elements, tried to add media source, add my audio(SFX) but audio having issue with crackling sound, audio only played correctly once when adding or when changing audio monitoring, after that there is no way for my audio to play correctly, either sound crackling, stopped abruptly halfway.

but adding by drag and drop to obs fix this issue, i dont get it, is this how its supposed to work? or this is a bug? if so how can i report.
even though now this behaviour is fixed ( audio can be played no matter how much i disable and enable) Obs sound was significantly low quality compared to listening through media player, i dont know if it is the way it is because im listening it using monitoring or this not supposed to be like this,

oh, the problem is with se then?

i did make another OBS installation using zip file. although this time no installation of Stream elements, i experieced the same thing. (Crackling Sound for the one i drag and drop, weird / broken audio by adding media source. well the portable obs still access my old profile if that does still affecting the portable OBS, i dont know.

i don't know which pinned post in this forum that is related to my issue sadly, before i post this problem of mine, i did google search, post search, youtuobe. there is not a similiar issue that i can find. or that im very bad at looking things up.
