Question / Help Weird line in the middle of screen while OBS is on [solved]

So I wanted to set up my stream and everything is okay besides the fact that I get a "line" in the middle of the screen which looks like it cuts off the upper from the down part of the screen.
While I have discovered this issue the game seems to be not running smoothly even though I have 60 fps allmost all the time.
As soon as i close OBS everything is fine again.
Need some help I really don't know what is causing this issue :(.

This issue causes my game to lag but my upload is too low that you wouldn't see the issue on the stream so I'll just post you the log maybe you'll see something

Okay I figured out that if I use fullscreen mode instead of Windowed (Fullscreen) the screen tearing is gone..is there a way to get rid of this because I really don't like to play that way..
EDIT: Not letting OBS disable Windows Aero helped :)

Enabling V-sync might also help.
