Question / Help Weird lag while streaming

Hey. I've followed all the instuctions when setting up my OBS stream.
I stream with 8quality, 2500kbits, 720p, 30fps. My specs are:

i5 750 (clocked to 3,2GHZ)
4GB ddr3 1600mhz
rad hd 5850
9 upload (testmy.net)

My problem is that when I'm streaming, it feel likes my FPS in League of Legends was dropping to around 30-40, even tho the inbuilt fps meter shows around 100-120. Is my i5 750 just too bad or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help and time. :)

Yeah im getting this too. However even though while i use OBS i drop to ~30 FPS when im usually at 40-60. 30 FPS doesent look like 30 fps to me. It seems as if its 10-15 fps.

I get a weird lag in my sound. Like there's a gap and it does not seem to affect my viewers but it annoys me as hell!

Emofranzz, you're probably having a different problem than the OP. I recommend making a new thread with your log, and explain more what you mean by "weird lag in your sound". A video example would also be a good thing to include in that new thread.
