Hello,
I have a weird problem that I can't figure it out and need some advice if possible.
I am attempting to stream on youtube at 4K60 fps but my bitrate is somehow lower than it should be.
I don't know if it's server related or what but I can't change it with youtube right ? Or I am blind and stupid enough for not finding this info on internet ?
I am trying to stream at 51000 kb/s (because I can ?!) but in obs while streaming the value goes from 9000 to 20000 and it's never stable.
The weird part is that the stream at the end looks fine but if for example I stream for 3 min, the record is only 40 sec but with a good quality and smooth...
See this video for example.
I streamed for 3:09 min but I only got a 42 sec vidéo at the end.
Here is the log file for this stream. (or see attached Youtube issue.txt)
And despite the constant red box, the 0 dropped network frames, the quality looks on par with what was asked.
While doing the same run but for twitch I have no issue.
Video example of the same settings but for twitch.
Log file (Twitch.txt).
I know twitch is not capable to show this much but I still sent the 51000 kb/s at 4K so the example should work right ?
I have window captured the stats dock from obs so you can see what I mean in the videos.
Everything was working fine like a month ago so I don't know if that's just today the problem with youtube or if I broke something meanwhile...
This issue looks weird to me and I am trying to understand what's the problem so any heads up is welcome !
Sorry for my english and thank you for reading me :)
