Not sure what is happening to my stream / internet. Anyways here is a log, hopefully it will help!

hmmm everything looks okay to me. You have 2200Kbps average bandwidth and streaming 1530Kbps video + 80Kbps audio = ~1610Kbps in total so still around 600Kbps free headroom. Monitor capture with aero disabled and pretty low frame lagging.

There is some kind of RTMP error going on. Double check your stream key if that helps?

Also power cycle your modem/router.

Check to make sure you have added OBS to your firewall/antivirus exceptions list. Those RTMP errors generally indicate some other software getting in the way.
