Question / Help Weird glitchy video. artifacting?

This happened about a month ago when i tried recording minecraft.
I switched to OBS studio, it's doing it again.

I've recorded using OBS on a much worse system than what i'm running now, and I've been experiencing this issue where the video gets all glitched up, like a Nintendo (1990's and earlier)

This is an opengl game?
Radeon R9?
If so, update your drivers.

That must be it then, R9 380X. Updating now.
