Hey guys, I've searched everywhere for an answer but I can't find one.
When I have OBS open, not recording nor streaming, I get weird stuttering. In game, it's showing I have a stable 240fps but when I close OBS everything smooths up. I checked the CPU and GPU usage while gaming with OBS open and CPU sits at 15% and GPU at 45%. I've tried disabling the preview in OBS and that seems to help a little but not much. Never had this issue before.

Ryzen 9 3900x
Asus ROG Strix x570-E
Asus ROG Strix 2080 ti
G.Skill Trident Z Royal 64gb 3600mhz
