Weird Flanger Effect

Hi guys,

I've started streaming again and i'm finding in both my output stream and local recordings there is some weird kind of flanger effect that totally ruins the sound. I've done recordings before and it's sounded fine (a couple of years ago) and I'm at a bit of a loss as to what is causing it. The tracks I'm using sound perfectly fine locally so I'm certain it isn't the mp3s I'm using. I use Virtual DJ and recordings from that are fine too so it must be an issue with OBS (correct me if I'm wrong).

Here is latest log file.

Here is the show I did today, you'll see what I mean.

Thanks in advance guys!

Multiple times in OBS, eg as a global audio device and perhaps added as a scene device too.

I disabled all global audio...I also unchecked all but two channels on Advanced Audio Properties and ensured they were the same bitrate for output and recording, this SEEMS too have sorted it at least for local recording.

TBH I made need a new sound card, this one is ancient but thats a seperate issue. Resolved!!(?) if no one objects I'll leave this open until i next stream to 100% confirm its fixed, thank you so much <3
