I streamed on Twitch just now and I noticed how the video looks glitchy like it has a filter on or something. When I streamed yesterday, it was fine as I looked at the VOD. I'm guessing it was from NVIDIA filters like RTX Dynamic Vibrance since this happened to me before and fixed it, but apparently it's already turned off. Now I'm clueless on what to do, I already tried what I know and search the internet but to no avail. Here's what I mean by glitchy or having a filter:
