Weird color banding ?

Does any1 know why my recording looks like this ? its such a subtle difference , is it possibel to make them looks the same ? my encoder is nvenc hevc , there is no scaling involved and rate control is set to lossless
You might have to open both in browser tab zoom in and switch between them to see differenece (look around the ones and zeros)

It's chroma subsampling artifact.

Usually, it is more noticeable when sampling origin shifted and color plane scaling filtered by simple point filters (not bicubic, area etc).
So, it is normal.
