Question / Help Weird buzzing sound (not from mic)

Hi,

So, I decided to try out streaming as well.
I got everything set up quite well, but I ran into a problem:
Whenever I use the PC sounds (in-game sounds, music) the stream will have this nasty buzzing sound.
It happens even if my Mic and webcam are muted.

I can provide more information if needed - feel free to ask.
