Weird Audio Stream issue

I'm trying to understand why, when streaming through Facebook live(don't know if it matters) some people have no audio through cell phones or the audio disappears midstream on computers but other people have sound with no issues the entire time. It's not just one person...there are multiple people reporting no sound and others hear it just fine. I would thing settings on their devices may have something to do with it but it's just audio and they claim when we used streamyard audio was fine. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you
