Question / Help Weird Audio - Recording/Streaming

I have a problem with recording and streaming. The audio is doing something weird every now and then.

What I've tried:
Used 3 different audio devices
Changed Sample Rate between 44.1 and 48khz
Switched between every type of channel [under audio settings]
Completely disabled Windows Enhancements for every audio device
Set all my audio tracks to 160 bitrate
Installed "CoreAudio AAC encoder"

Ignore video quality. Just listen to the weird audio

This uses 160 audio bit rate, 48khz, and stereo channel. No windows enhancements

Can you describe it? I don't notice anything particularly unusual about this clip.

Is the logfile from that output session?

I have to admit I don't hear that. If you're using headphones and they are loud your microphone might pick them up.

I ask about the output session because the session in that logfile is only three seconds long:

20:59:02.133: ==== Streaming Start ===============================================
20:59:05.839: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] User stopped the stream
20:59:05.839: Output 'adv_stream': stopping
20:59:05.839: Output 'adv_stream': Total frames output: 46
20:59:05.839: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 143
20:59:05.841: ==== Streaming Stop ================================================

Didn't record a mic (the guy talking was in Discord VC)
That was the log it gave me after streaming. No idea what happened there
I think it's my ear buds, but I've never heard this sound before. I'll stick to Bandi-Cam and recordings in the future. Thanks anyways
