Question / Help Weird Artifacts on transparent effects with Ezcap 266 capture card

I recently decided to buy a capture card and decided on the Ezcap 266 due to it's cheap price. It works great. However, I noticed that on some effects the video can get a little wonky. And some of the rounded edges can get pixelated a bit

I kept changing usb ports and I've changed hdmi cables but the problem is still there. I'm not sure whether it's a problem with my capture card or my computer.

I'm not sure if it's the capture card itself or if it's my encoder.

I set my ps4, my capture card and obs to have full color range. and I set both the capture card and obs to have 709 color space.
