Webcams freeze during a broadcast

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to 2004 or 20H2/09 if available per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok
4. If your motherboard supports, use Quick Sync Video (QSV) as the encoder instead of x264.
