i got a really cheap no name webcam everithing was working great until i did something unknow and crash obs and now my webcam dosent work animore

unfortunately, there is cases where obs's 64bit version doesn't add webcams.. you can confirm by trying to play the device on a 32bit version of vlc and a 64bit version. if the second one doesn't run it then there is nothing you can do but to use a 32bit version of obs. a potential fix/workaround could be implemented in the future.
