Bug Report Webcam won't work in 32bit

I can't get my webcam, or Manycam to work in 32bit OBS.

I need to use 32 bit, because that's the only way my Follower Alert, and my chat device work.
Any suggestions?

Your webcam doesn't work in 32bit? That's certainly new. Usually it's 64bit where webcams don't work.

What happens when you try it in 32bit? We need to see a log file of the session to know what's going on.
