Question / Help Webcam wont appear after start up.

So my logitech has been working fine for months and all of a sudden today it just wont show up, been through switching ports and changing resolutions and whatnot but it just refuses to show. I know its on because its lit up and when you try the logitech software it shows up just not on obs studio. Any kind of help appreciated.

Something else is already using it. In fact, it looks like you've added the same webcam multiple times in OBS. You should never do that - if you need it in multiple scenes, use "Add Existing".

I have been using existing... it was working earlier today and now nothing.

Exit OBS and go into task manager and shutdown the LWS software process if it's running..Restart OBS..

It's not on. I removed the webcam and created a new scene and used add existing and it has appeared again but, when i close obs and come back the next day its gone again. Am I really going to have to keep making a new scene every time?

I don't know what else to suggest..Maybe another user here can offer a better solution.
