I've tried googling this issue and visited the forums before making this thread to avoid redundancy, but I couldn't find a fix. I'm probably just being an idiot though, I'm really new to OBS.
What I want to do is pretty simple: I record a game (osu!, fullscreen, game capture) which works fine. Now I want to record it with a webcam to show my hands while playing. I use a PS3 eye which I had lying around to save money, I've looked it up and it works well for a lot of people. It won't work as a Video Capture Device, so I just record the window that shows when you launch the application (I use windows 7.). I use window capture to capture the window, which works alright at first, but when I alt-tab back to the game, the window become a black screen. The source order is fine, and before I start recording it looks just like I want it to: the game running as the main screen, with the webcam window showing up in the bottom corner. But as soon as I alt-tab into the game and start playing after I press record, the webcam window turns black.
I'd appreciate any advice, it feels like something like this should be simple and I feel pretty bad about not being able to get it to work.
