Question / Help Webcam will not show up in OBS

With the newest update of OBS, it seems as though I can't get my webcam to show up. I've tried the resolution trick that others have suggested where you just fiddle with the resolution until it shows up, then put it back to the default, but it doesn't work. I have a Logitech C170 webcam. OBS registers that the camera is there, but there is no visual.

What happens if you leave the resolution selected and never put it back to default?

are you sure your webcam isnt used by any other programm?
and post a log pls
